Nohemi didn't start NLC Healthcare because she read a business plan or saw a market opportunity. She started it because she watched someone she loved struggle to find care that felt human.
She knew there had to be a better way — care that was built on real relationships, not check-box routines. So she built it herself. Every client, every caregiver, every visit reflects that original promise: to care for people the way she'd want her own family cared for.
Today, NLC Healthcare is still small by design. Nohemi knows every client by name, every caregiver personally. She wouldn't have it any other way.
